Bayan is an ambitious and highly motivated chemical engineering graduate from the University of Toronto, where she earned her Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering. With a major in Chemical Engineering and minors in Engineering Business and Bioengineering, Bayan has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and sustainability. She is also a recipient of the prestigious Jeffrey Skoll Engineering Business Scholarship and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, demonstrating her ability to streamline processes to improve business performance.
In her previous role as an Analyst at Deloitte, Bayan supported more than 40 client companies across industries, including pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, bioengineering, plastics, and food & beverage in securing grants for their technology innovation initiatives. Her experience in independent research, financial analysis, and collaboration with SMEs will greatly benefit our projects at PLC.
